The aperitivo hour has its home in Italy — in the bars of Bergamo, the terraces of Milan, the sunlit piazzas where the finest bitter-citrus spirits have been poured for over a century. At Niets, we honour that ritual entirely. What we remove is only the alcohol.

Our aperitif collection brings together two distinct expressions of that moment. Aperiniets — crafted in Bergamo from three varieties of Sicilian blood orange and gentian root, bitter and crimson and entirely natural. And Wild Idol — premium alcohol-free sparkling wines, hand-crafted for the celebratory pour, built for the finest table.
