50 ml BOTANIETS DRY
25 ml lemon juice
15 ml sugar syrup
20 ml egg white
Ice
Method
Dry shake all ingredients without ice to build the foam. Add ice and shake again until chilled. Strain into a coupe glass and garnish with a few drops of bitters if desired.
