Basil Smash

Ingredients:

• 50ml Botaniets Original 0,0%
• 15ml Lemon Juice
• 15ml Sugar syrup
• 7-8 basil leaves
• Garnish: Basil leaf
• Glass: Rocks (Lowball)
• Technique: Shaken

Method:

1. Put 7-8 basil leaves in your shaker
2. Add the syrup and lemon juice
3. Muddle the basil leaves in your shaker
4. Fill your shaker with ice and start shaking
5. Double strain into an ice-filled rocks glass
6. Garnish with a basil leaf
