We ship across Europe and to the United States. Orders are processed within 48 hours of placement (excluding weekends). Delivery timelines begin from the date of dispatch.

We commit to delivering your order within the maximum timeframes indicated in the table below. If we are unable to deliver within this period, you will be informed promptly and may cancel your order for a full refund.

Delivery options for Belgian customers: We offer home delivery via courier. Due to the fragile and liquid nature of our products, this is currently our only available delivery option. We are actively working to add a second delivery option (parcel point pick-up) and will update this page as soon as it is available.

Payment

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) as well as PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Bancontact. Your payment method is selected at checkout.

Returns & Right of Withdrawal

We want every order to meet your expectations. If it doesn't, here is how we handle it.

Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Belgian law (Code of Economic Law, Art. VI.47 et seq.) and EU Directive 2011/83, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase without giving any reason, subject to the exceptions listed below.

Withdrawal period: You have 14 calendar days from the day after you (or a third party you designate, other than the carrier) physically receive the goods to notify us of your decision to withdraw from the contract.

How to notify us: Send an unambiguous written statement of your decision to withdraw (e.g. by email to hello@niets.co), or use the model withdrawal form provided below. We will acknowledge receipt of your withdrawal without delay.

Return period: Once you have notified us of your decision to withdraw, you have a further 14 calendar days to return the goods to us at: Niets Distillery SRL, 180 Terhulpensteenweg, 1170 Watermaal-Bosvoorde, Belgium.

Return shipping costs: The direct cost of returning the goods is borne by the consumer.

Refund

We will reimburse all payments received from you, including original standard delivery costs, without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 calendar days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from the contract.

We will carry out the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

We may withhold the reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or until you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

Please note: if you expressly chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery option offered by us, we are not required to reimburse the supplementary delivery costs.

Returns

Products must be returned in their original, unopened packaging and in the same condition as received. Please contact hello@niets.co before sending anything back.

The consumer's liability in the event of return is limited to the depreciation of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following categories of goods, in accordance with Art. VI.53 of the Belgian Code of Economic Law:

• Goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.
• Sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and which have been unsealed after delivery (e.g. opened bottles).

For all other products, the standard 14-day withdrawal right applies in full.

Legal Guarantee of Conformity

In accordance with Belgian law and EU Directive 2019/771, all goods sold by Niets are covered by a legal guarantee of conformity of 2 years from the date of delivery.

If a product is defective or does not conform to the contract at the time of delivery, you are entitled to have it repaired or replaced free of charge. If repair or replacement is impossible or would cause significant inconvenience, you are entitled to an appropriate price reduction or a full refund.

This legal guarantee is independent of, and in addition to, any commercial guarantee or return policy we may offer.
